Terms of Use
These terms describe the basic rules for using FarsiYar as a parent-managed learning app.
Parent responsibility
FarsiYar is designed for parent-managed use. A parent or guardian is responsible for creating the account, choosing child profiles, opening Play for a child, and managing account settings.
Child use
The child experience is for learning Persian through lessons and practice games. The app should be used in a safe, age-appropriate way and should not be used to upload or share sensitive personal information.
Guest and trial access
Guest play is a limited device trial. Account trial and post-trial access are controlled by server-side entitlement rules. Limits, playable content, and trial messaging may change as the product evolves.
Subscriptions and paid access
FarsiYar Premium is a parent-managed subscription (monthly or yearly, with a free trial where offered). Child profiles cannot purchase. Entitlement is validated on our servers. Manage or cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings when using the iOS app.
Content and media
Lessons, games, text, audio, images, icons, and product design are part of FarsiYar. Some media may be missing or replaced during beta; the app is expected to handle missing assets gracefully.
Account actions
Parents can sign out, manage settings, link supported identity providers, and request sensitive account actions through the app. Some actions may require email verification or a refreshed sign-in.
